Doctors Applaud SGR Bill’s Malpractice Protection Positive Move in the Malpractice Arena Medical groups are applauding the overwhelming vote in the US Senate Tuesday to prohibit plaintiffs from using a physician’s performance on federal quality measures in a medical malpractice lawsuit.
